I posted a TikTok Story showing the final arrangement of our pop-up shop, and my business partner wants to keep it for planning the next event. It includes a quick walk past the shelves that we forgot to photograph properly. I know a Story is different from an ordinary post, so I would like to save it while it is still visible. What would you preserve alongside the video? The layout worked well, but we will need more than a moving picture to recall which products occupied each shelf and where customers tended to stop.

Save the Story first, then make a simple sketch of the room while the arrangement is still in front of you. Number the shelves on the sketch and use those numbers in a short product list. I would also photograph the areas that pass too quickly in the video, particularly corners or displays partly hidden by people. That gives your partner a usable planning record rather than a clip that requires repeated pausing. Put the event date and location in the folder name so it stays distinct from other shops you may organise later.
