Parsing large comment threads across hundreds of videos requires making thousands of parallel requests, but my current server setup gets temporary IP bans within ten minutes. What is the best infrastructure setup for high-concurrency parsing?

Running high-concurrency parsing scripts off a single server or a static IP block is a guaranteed way to get your connections blacklisted. I had to rebuild my parsing workflow last year and hooked my script up to a clean proxy youtube rotation pool. Assigning a fresh, high-reputation residential IP to each parallel connection thread allowed the script to parse massive comment threads without getting throttled.
