The fourth keypad is beside a fuel vehicle south of the Jamming Station; the note's progression leads to 8609. The fifth crate sits near the main bridge in the guarded Southeast Village, where a paired-digit clue gives 0078. The last one is on a small river island. Clear the nearby watchtower, then enter 6789. This quick list keeps the container codes in route order.
