2K22's defensive players don't fall as often and this allows you to play a pick-and roll game that plays more like an NBA game. Now, it's all about reading the defense and making the right decision. If you are requesting your center to make a choice and his player is able to switch to you, throw it to the big fella and let him battle smaller players. It's a great feeling to have an open space. Make it to the bucket, and layup, or get fouled.

To start a roll-and-pick, press and hold L1 (LB on Xbox) while pointing towards any player you would like to use for the pick. Be patient. If you don't get the switch but don't see any lane, do not force it. Try to reset and try again. Remember, you want to play smart and slow.
