There is nothing in the Runescape product that cannot be bought. You can have complete rune armor/scimitar. Do you have anything worth purchase (3.2 Mgp in your bank account)?

I think that the only Runescape items that can be used are items to increase one of these skills currently Prayer 53; Magic 54 and Runecraft 53; Crafting 56; Smithing 51. Other than current strength, attack, and defense 70 ranging 52 to mining 64; making fire sixty and woodcutting 64.

Free-to-play: I beat Elvarg. Then I worked on ankous and got to att/str/def/hp of ca. 60 per.
