Likewise, 2K has NBA 2K21 coming out the first week of September, with what also figures for a bigger and better version on its way to next-gen consoles.

Soundtracks are all cool and all, but quite frankly, I struggle to find that the real long-term value in investing too much into this component of a game. Nevertheless, we have already seen the soundtrack which is going to be in the game and NBAsed on your personal tastes, you're either elated, frustrated, or could care less about the songs included. I'm fine with what's coming on that front, and so far as commentary, I will wait for the next-gen versions for a major jump in this region. Some really cool things could be done to make what is already very good opinion in the game even better.

I am not always talking about delivering new ways. Again, that is next-gen can wow us. I'm more referring to fleshing out present ways. For instance, I have already stated that with no salary cap feature in MyTeam, I am most likely not going to give that aspect of this game a lot of my time this past year. To a lesser degree, however similar, the same can be said for a draft attribute. Madden, FIFA, MLB The Show, and the NHL show have excellent variations of the concept in their own collector manners. 2K needs to bring this NBAck to my own group.
